Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for an Quality Control Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s Technical Department Team, reporting to the Head of Quality & Product Engineering Compliance.

The mission of bulk and finished goods Quality Control is to evaluates the products and accessories in terms of functionality and aesthetical aspects in order to assure the conformity of the supplied submissions and lots.

In particular, you will:

• Evaluate cosmetic bulk submissions
• Plan, manage and perform statistical Quality Controls on Finished goods and accessories according to AQL
• Engage suppliers on the Corrective Actions as a result of non-compliances
• Dealing with partner in case in complaints deeping dive causes and proposing corrective actions.
• Supports QA Team in the management of customer quality complaints
• Ensure the correct storage of standard samples and technical data

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor in Materials Science or Chemistry or Engineering Degree
• From 1 to 3-year experience in Cosmetic Quality Control
• Good knowledge of i.e. Microsoft Excel and powerpoint
• Good knowledge of primary and secondary packaging (glass-plastic-aluminium- paper)
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Good knowledge of Statistical Controls
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Ability in the use of the most common measurement tools
