Quality Control Manager, Province of Latina

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Quality Control Manager based in Latina, Italy, to lead and transform three laboratories responsible for release testing of packaging materials, raw materials, and finished products. The role reports directly to the QC Director and involves managing a team of 50 professionals.

Main Responsibilities include:

1. Driving change management by implementing new technologies and workflows.
2. Ensuring adherence to budgets and operational costs.
3. Mentoring and developing team talent.
4. Leading day-to-day laboratory operations for timely release testing.
5. Fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and compliance with GMP standards.
6. Building strong cross-functional partnerships within the organization.
7. Implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical practices.
• Fluent in English.
