J&J Innovative Medicine is recruiting a Quality Control Manager within the Quality Control department, based in Latina, Italy, reporting to the QC Director. The Latina site is the most innovative drug product (DP) manufacturing site in the J&J Supply Chain synthetic Platform. We ensure our life-saving medicines reach patients safely, reliably, and competitively. As the DP Launch and Grow site for the synthetic area, the site is closely connected with R&D partners and the API launch site in Geel, Belgium.
We are seeking a forward-thinking Quality Control Manager to lead and transform three laboratories responsible for release testing of packaging materials, raw materials, and finished products. Managing a team of 50 professionals, this role requires a strategic leader capable of influencing change, optimizing processes, and fostering excellence to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing pharmaceutical landscape. The Quality Control Manager will be based in Latina, Italy, reporting directly to the QC Director. The role requires experience in quality control, knowledge of pharmaceutical processes, and strong leadership and mentoring skills.
