We provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Our services include planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management, supporting the US Department of Defense (DOD) and other US federal agencies globally.

Position: Quality Control Manager

The Quality Control Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing project-specific QA/QC plans to ensure full compliance with contract documents. The work location is Lago Patria, contingent on contract award. The salary range is $80,000-$140,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure NAVFAC construction work areas comply with contract and government standards.
• Examine the facility during regular hours and two hours after.
• Supervise QA/QC functions, including inspection schedules and quality records.
• Assess implementation of Quality Plans on-site.
• Conduct preparatory QC meetings and daily inspections.
• Support internal and external audits and provide reports to stakeholders.
• Perform additional related responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance required.
• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least seven years of experience as a Superintendent, Project Manager, or Project Engineer on similar projects.
• Minimum of three years as a QCM.
• Completed the Construction Quality Management (CQM) course.
• Knowledge of USACE EM385-1-1, hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
