Aliaxis is offering a 6‑month Quality Control Intern position at our Piombino site in Italy. You will support the Quality team with inspections, mechanical testing, and data analysis to ensure products meet standards.

You will gain hands-on experience across quality systems, testing methodologies, and manufacturing processes while collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams. Fluent Italian plus basic English required.

• Technical Diploma or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Industrial Technologies, or a related field.
• Interest in Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection methods and manufacturing processes.

As a Quality Control Intern, you will support the Quality team in ensuring that products meet the required standards through inspections, testing activities, and quality data analysis. Reporting to the Quality Control Manager, you will gain hands‑on experience in quality assurance processes, laboratory testing, and continuous improvement activities within a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role is based at our production site in Piombino (LI), Italy.

ABOUT THE ROLE

ABOUT YOU

• Technical Diploma or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Industrial Technologies, or a related field.
• Interest in Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection methods and manufacturing processes.
• Basic knowledge of plastic materials is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments such as gauges, thickness gauges, and micrometers is considered an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent Italian and basic English skills.

WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a 6‑month internship with a progressive reimbursement package: €700/month for the first 3 months and €900/month for the remaining 3 months; together with a comprehensive benefits and development package including:
