Revolv Space SRL in Turin, Italy, is seeking a QC and Lab Technician to gatekeep production parts, ensure compliance with requirements and collaborate across QA, Procurement and AIT teams.

You will perform inspections, calibrations and testing using lab equipment, contributing to space-grade subsystem development and testing within a dynamic NewSpace startup environment.

Competenze

• 1-3 yrs of experience in a similar position.
• Strong skillset in mechanical assembly and testing.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical/electronic parts inspection and testing techniques.
• Excellent diligence, work organization and precise communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent use of English.

Space assets and services are not fully monetized. At Revolv Space, we are solving the problem of low duty cycles by developing and manufacturing the next generation of critical subsystems enabling continuous spacecraft operations and therefore full monetization of space assets.

We start with tackling the power limitations of small satellites by providing best-in-class products for small satellites: Solar Array Drive Assemblies, solar arrays and deployment mechanisms.

To achieve this mission, we are on the lookout for a QC and Lab Technician who will be a gatekeeper for any equipment or parts to be used in production, ensuring their compliance with requirements. This role provides close collaboration with the QA Manager and across other production and procurement roles. Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and tests on parts and materials received from suppliers before they are admitted for use in our manufacturing;
• Execute activities related to equipment calibration & in-house verification, maintenance, and warehouse management;
• Participate in activities requiring use of laboratory equipment, e.g., thermal vacuum chambers, vacuum chambers, ovens, laminar flow cabinets, etc., in the role of the equipment operations expert;
• Participate in the quality management processes related to manufacturing of our products;
• Maintain order in your assigned part of the lab infrastructure;
• Document your AIT activities;
• Work closely with Quality Assurance, Procurement and AIT (Assembly, Integration & Testing teams);
• Contribute to the development of laboratory and warehouse management.

Requirements:
