Henkel is seeking a Quality Assurance professional in Lombardy to coordinate quality incident management, lead CAPA activities, and own the Management of Change processes. The role supports global and regional quality initiatives, audits, and continuous improvement across the site.

Ideal candidates have a chemistry/chemical engineering background, 2–3 years in similar roles, strong ISO/quality standard knowledge (ISO 9001/FSSC 22000), and SAP experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• 2–3 years in a similar quality role.
• Fluent in English; strong ISO 9001/FSSC 22000 knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate quality incident management and CAPA implementation.
• Own the MOC process and ensure cross-functional execution.
• Maintain QMS and coordinate internal/external audits.
• Support deployment of global/ regional quality initiatives.
• Coordinate QWA program and improvement actions.
• Promote Quality Culture and awareness across the site.
• Share quality KPI trends with departments.
