The Quality Assurance Technician supports the Quality Assurance & Lab Manager by applying production expertise to help resolve quality-related issues within the manufacturing process. You ensure that products meet both internal and external customer requirements at every stage of production by conducting appropriate testing. Where necessary, you take corrective actions to address and prevent non-conformities.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You ensure a safe, clean, and organized lab environment by applying 5S and safety standards every day
  • You actively support the Quality Team on the maintenance and improvement of our certifications ISO 9001)
  • You perform material characterization tests to help ensure our products are ready for release
  • You prepare and issue certificates of analysis with precision and attention to detail
  • You take care of equipment calibration and carry out minor maintenance to keep everything running smoothly
  • You document testing methods clearly to maintain high-quality standards and traceability.
  • You help manage our quality database and support exciting projects like material qualification and production trials.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • You have a technical diploma in chemical production, plastics, or a related field
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the composites or chemical industry
  • You are trained in handling hazardous materials and understand chemical safety
  • Key quality testing methods and standards are familiar to you
  • You work with precision and always follow safety guidelines
  • You are confident using Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent Italian and English skills complete your profile
