Position: Quality Assurance Batch Disposition Specialist
For a multinational pharmaceutical company in Pisa, we are seeking a Quality Assurance Batch Disposition Specialist. The candidate will join a young and dynamic environment and will be responsible for documentation activities related to the production cycle, ensuring compliance with company procedures and quality standards through collaboration with various units and functions involved in quality processes.
Preferred qualification: membership in protected categories (law no. 68/99).
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and verify batch records with subsequent approval according to procedures;
- Verify data conformity required for batch release in accordance with cGMP;
- Support the Receiving and Inspection process in compliance with global/local procedures and cGMP;
- Develop KPIs related to material release;
- Verify production processes to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards;
- Draft and review departmental procedures (SOPs, Work Instructions);
- Assist in investigations and the implementation of corrective, preventive, or improvement actions.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in scientific disciplines (preferably Biology, Pharmacy, or Chemistry);
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector or similar role (including internships);
- Good knowledge of GMP and ISO regulations 14644-1 and 14644-2;
- Excellent management, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of English;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of the Trackwise system is a plus.
The company offers a permanent contract or a long-term fixed-term contract, depending on experience.
