Job Description:

Lo.Li. Pharma International, a leading company in the nutraceutical sector with a strong international presence, is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist for maternity cover.

General Description
Under the supervision of the Quality & Regulatory Manager, this position will provide local support for Quality Assurance activities, ensuring compliance with both internal and external standards. The selected candidate will collaborate on technical Quality-related activities across the entire Lo.Li. Pharma International product portfolio, supporting the different phases of the product lifecycle.

Main responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining company quality assurance standards
• Supervising and documenting Quality Assurance activities, including internal audits
• Monitoring risk management procedures and reporting any issues
• Providing training and support to QA team members
• Managing product stability studies and relationships with clients and manufacturers
• Reviewing and managing quality documentation required for product release on the market
• Supporting the drafting of procedures and contracts in compliance with ISO 9001 principles and GMP requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in scientific disciplines
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical sector is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills

Contract type: Fixed-term contract (maternity cover)
