Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product development teams to identify issues post-handoff meetings, such as long lead times or minimums that mills might not meet.
• Monitor and track approval processes throughout production.
• Proactively anticipate potential issues impacting delivery and costs.
• Work with vendors to propose new material qualities in case of delays or price targets.
• Attend fittings and oversee the fit approval process.
• Provide measurements for prototypes, fit samples, pre-production samples, and graded stock measurements.
• Analyze the implications of fit changes.
• Plan and coordinate the production of finished garments.
• Ensure timely planning through constant communication and site visits to vendors.
• Maintain the US share drive with the most current information.
• Assist the QA team by providing planning details for final vendor audits.
• Prepare for weekly team meetings.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• 4-6 years of experience in production-related roles.
• Good knowledge of the sweaters category.
• Understanding of production trade regulations, testing protocols, product integrity, and production cycle timelines.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
