Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Manager

Adecco Italia is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager for a growing pharmaceutical company based in Monza-Brianza, Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Managing batch conformity of intermediates and APIs, collaborating with the team for batch release and customer shipments.
2. Drafting and supervising procedures and SOPs in compliance with GMP, with a focus on analytical method validation.
3. Managing process and equipment validation.
4. Preparing documentation for the annual product quality review (PQR) and analyzing statistical data.
5. Managing GMP documentation and supporting client audits and regulatory inspections.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technologies, or Pharmacy.
• At least 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in sterile and pharmaceutical environments.
• Experience with GMP documentation and data integrity compliance.
• Preferred qualification of Qualified Person (QP) or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience in equipment validation and process validation.

Offer: Permanent contract with a salary package commensurate with experience.
