QA stands for “Quality Assurance”. A Quality Assurance Engineer identifies whether the product or application developed will meet the client’s requirements or not.

The main goal is to ensure that the product developed is bug-free and running efficiently. Since a QA engineer has a good understanding of designing, implementing, debugging, and defining test cases, they play a vital role in the product development life cycle and identify any issues with the product before its launch.

This job offers a multicultural environment, work in a Scrum Agile Team and learn most updated tools in the marketing for testing.

Objectives & Responsibilities

• The individual will be responsible for writing and maintaining automated test suites.
• Willing to learn in a fast-paced environment requiring broad experience, adaptability, quick learning and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Reporting on JIRA defects.
• Review Requirements, specifications and technical design documents.
• Analyze Test Automation and Non-regression results.
• Working close to QA Manager to continuously improve and implement best practices in the team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3 year University degree in electrical, electronics, computer science/engineering.
• 4+ years of Software Testing or Software Quality Assurance experience.
• REST API concepts.
• Expert with XML, JSON.
• Knowledge in Linux.
• Comfortable with GitHub, gitlab or similar version source control solutions.
• Strong communication in English both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

• Git flow Workflow.
• Experience using Cypress.io or Selenium for automated tests.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience with containerization.
• Cucumber Gherkins hands on.
