The role includes leading a small team, driving strategic actions to improve quality performance, and collaborating closely with plant leadership, engineering, and procurement. Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field and solid experience in Manufacturing or Operations roles.

• Proven background as a QA/QC or Operations Leader within EPC markets.
• Fluent in English.

Overview

We are looking for a Quality Assurance to oversee and coordinate cross-functional activities, ensuring the highest quality standards across production processes.

The role will lead a small team, driving strategic actions and projects to improve quality performance, while collaborating closely with plant leadership, production, engineering, and procurement to simplify processes and strengthen execution.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement strategies to reduce financial impact from quality issues, with continuous improvement targets.
• Drive effective Corrective and Preventive Actions.
• Support internal and supplier audits, ensuring compliance with qualification and surveillance processes.
• Reduce defects and quality escapes in production and at external suppliers.
• Lead escalation meetings with Operations, Engineering, and Procurement.
• Foster technical growth and a strong quality culture within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a STEM discipline.
• Solid experience in Manufacturing, QMS/QA/QC, or Operations roles.
• Proven background as a QA/QC or Operations Leader within Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) markets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quality-driven mindset.
• Ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term goals.
• Fluent in English.
• Technical know-how in energy-related topics.
