Partner with the best

The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will be part of the GTE Quality team (+40 people) which supports the project execution on all aspects related to quality, such as Project Quality Plan, Documentation completeness, Regulatory compliance.

Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that products produced meet the desired quality standards. Main responsibilities include monitoring product performance, identifying trend and root causes, addressing quality improvement actions, and developing and implementing quality control procedures. QA Specialist will have interactions with overall Energy Equipment Quality teams, but also with other functional teams such as Project Management team, Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

In particular, as Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be also responsible to analyze and update timely following KPIs (not exhaustive list). For each of them, we have noted down the tool used, the activities required and the expected frequency of reporting.

In this role, you will be responsible for :

  • Percentage (%) of inspections failed
  • Checking number of inspections carried out
  • Analyzing submittal time of notification
  • Analyzing rate of failed final inspections
  • Organizing data by category like supplier / defect code
  • Customer Not Conformity Request (NCR)
  • Checking number of major NCR (scrap / repair / rework / return to vendor)
  • Organizing data by category like supplier / defect code
  • Punch Points (PP)
  • Checking with Quality Project Manager the correctness / updates of values
Qualifications
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Show data analysis proficiency
  • Be proficient in SQL and Python
  • Display strong skills in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
  • Have a solid understanding of statistics
  • Show soft skills such as critical thinking, attention to detail, and clear communication
