• Job Description

Are you a procedural freak? Is attention to detail what sets you apart? Then you could become our Quality and Procedures Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, enhancing, and maintaining our internal procedures, unleashing your innate tendency to control

What you’ll deliver :

• Perform research and review documents to identify gaps and areas for improvement
• Remain current on procedures for all business areas.
• Assist with the development of documentation requirements for new and / or changing business processes.
• Analyze the effectiveness of documentation and recommend improvement opportunities to management.
• Support Sales Team with required documentation.
• Qualifications
• A perfectionist with the ability to transform “complex” into “clear” and easily digested communication
• Someone with the ability to anticipate potential questions and concerns at every level of the company in response to a new procedure
• Someone with an excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Someone with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment and work as a team member, as well as independently
• Someone with deep understanding of how to handle highly confidential / sensitive information
• Knowledge of Human Resources and Operations environments
• Both English and Italian proficiency required
