PIPECARE GROUP is currently seeking a Quality and HSE Manager/Director (Global role).

With over 20 years of experience, the PipeCare Group provides technology and service-focused solutions to the international oil and gas industry, helping ensure the integrity of pipeline and facility assets.

Position Summary

The Quality and HSE Manager/Director is a key team member responsible for designing and implementing the Quality & HSE Management System, aiming to enhance effectiveness and meet regulatory and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

1. Define Policies & Strategies for Quality Management & HSE, reporting to Top Management.
2. Establish competencies for the Quality Department team.
3. Oversee all Quality & HSE activities on-site and off-site.
4. Recruit and develop personnel in Quality & HSE areas.
5. Approve procedures and set standards for quality, health, and safety.
6. Design and implement Quality & HSE activities and standards.
7. Recommend resources and budgets for the department.
8. Train personnel, including internal auditors and HSE staff.
9. Approve all Quality & HSE documentation and records.
10. Implement standards and decide on non-conformities and corrective actions.
11. Evaluate and improve processes, products, and team performance.
12. Conduct and oversee internal audits and assessments.

Competency Requirements

• Background in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
• QM certifications, fluent English, ISO 9001 experience, minimum 5 years in managerial roles, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Experience with flexible, non-standard production/assembly lines and international exposure.

Conditions & Physical Requirements

Work in an international environment with extensive travel, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, walk, climb, and wear safety equipment, with good communication skills.
