We’re looking for qualified and experienced Personal Trainers ready to take their career to the next level.

At Fitness Cartel Australia, we give you the freedom to run your own PT business — backed by the support, systems, and community you need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design personalised health and fitness programs & deliver 1:1 Personal Training and Small Group Training Sessions.
• Build & manage a client base with warm leads provided.
• Be actively involved in Transform8 – As part of our 8-week challenge, PTs participate in group classes, gaining direct exposure to members and potential clients.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Cert III & IV in Personal Training, First Aid certification, ABN & Insurance.
• Strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
• High energy, charisma & communication skills to engage and motivate members.
