YOUR CHALLENGES

As a QP, you play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products. You are responsible for the continuous improvement of quality systems for pharmaceutical products within H.Essers and act as a contact point for government agencies, guaranteeing good quality to our customers.

What this means specifically:

• Ensure compliance with EU GMP regulations and other relevant standards
• Oversee quality processes for a site with a MIA for physical importation
• Manage quality assurance processes, including validation, deviation management, change control, external supplier management, and customer qualification
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve quality systems
• Provide expert guidance on quality-related matters to internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring licenses are acquired and findings addressed promptly

YOUR TALENTS

You hold a Determina from Ministero Della Salute or have the prerogatives to obtain it. You have at least five years of experience in quality assurance. Thorough knowledge of GMP and relevant regulations is essential. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, can work independently, and make decisions confidently. Experience with importation processes and managing distribution sites with MIA is an asset. Fluency in both English and Italian is required.
