Gewiss S.p.A. is seeking a Quality System specialist to join the QHSE & Sustainability Department in Cenate Sotto (BG). The role focuses on maintaining and improving the Integrated System Management according to ISO standards.

You will monitor processes, support departments to implement changes, develop KPIs, update process maps, and drive continuous improvement across processes and products.

Competenze

• Technical degree required; management engineering seen as a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar quality assurance role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 27001.
• Good knowledge of English; strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Monitor internal processes to ensure continuous improvement.
• Support depts to implement changes and new processes per ISO requirements.
• Elaborate flows and KPIs to identify accountabilities.
• Update process maps to align with strategy.
• Maintain Integrated System Management per ISO and Unipdr 125:22.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and products.
