Gewiss S.p.A. is seeking a Quality System specialist to join the QHSE & Sustainability Department in Cenate Sotto (BG). The role focuses on maintaining and improving the Integrated System Management according to ISO standards.

You will monitor processes, support departments to implement changes, develop KPIs, update process maps, and drive continuous improvement across processes and products.

Competenze

• Technical degree required; management engineering seen as a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar quality assurance role.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, 27001.
• Good knowledge of English; strong communication skills.

We are looking for aQuality System specialistto join theQHSE & SUSTAINABILITY Departmentat the Cenate Sotto (BG).

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor internal processes and procedures to ensure their continuos improvement
• Support the internal Depts. to set up organizational changes and to implent new processes/activities according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001 requirements.
• Elaborate flows and procedures to identify accountabilities, responsabilities and relevant KPIs
• Update the internal processes mapping to guarantee a continue alignment to the strategy
• Support the development and maintaining of Gewiss Integrated System Management certified according to Iso ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 27001 and Unipdr 125:22
• Conduct operations aimed at continuous improvement of both processes and products.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical degree, Management Engineering Degree is considered a plus;
• Specialized training on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 will be considered a plus
• 1/2 years of experience in a similar role (Quality assurance);
• Good knowledge/experience of the main ISO Standards
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent data collection and analysis skills
