QHSE Specialist - Trasfertista

Impresa Luigi Notari S.p.A is a historic construction company operating in the infrastructure sector, seeking to hire:

QHSE Specialist for managing our projects in Northern Italy.

The selected candidate will work on-site and, with the support of the central offices, will manage quality and environmental aspects, coordinating a dedicated safety resource.

Responsibilities include:

1. Drafting, verifying, and reviewing the Manual and Procedures in collaboration with the system manager and other office managers;
2. Participating in planning and managing evaluations of suppliers/subcontractors with support from various department managers;
3. Planning, coordinating, and executing internal audits, focusing on Quality and Environmental Management Systems;
4. Periodically reviewing documentation related to non-conformities (NC), audits, VI, complaints, and client feedback;
5. Training site personnel on health, safety, and environmental issues;
6. Managing and analyzing corrective actions, proposing solutions to management, and verifying their implementation;
7. Attending meetings with external entities, clients, and certification bodies related to safety, environment, and quality;
8. Preparing and managing project documentation such as POS and PiMUS;
9. Managing personnel documentation related to safety (fitness for duty, training courses, etc.);
10. Defining the contents of the Quality Manual based on directives from management;
11. Drafting, verifying, and revising the Quality Manual and Quality Procedures in collaboration with system and department managers;
12. Collaborating on bid analysis related to quality aspects;
13. Developing and updating the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans for construction site activities;
14. Developing and updating the Environmental Management Plan and Environmental Control Plans for construction site activities;
15. Preparing environmental sustainability reports;
16. Drafting operational procedures impacting Quality and Environmental processes;
17. Managing construction waste and related procedures and documentation;
18. Having prior experience in the sector;
19. Willingness to travel as required.
