About the role

We're on the lookout for a Technical Reviewer for Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety schemes to join our dedicated Technical & Operational Performance Team in Italy. If you're passionate about upholding the highest standards and ensuring compliance, this role is for you!

We are looking for a technical reviewer for operational tasks and audits in Tuscany, with a hybrid working arrangement, and DNV office presence 1 day per month.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review Quotes and Audits: Ensure technical accuracy in our service delivery.
  • Maintain Conformity: Uphold consistent standards in Technical Review activities.
  • Lean Approach: Streamline processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Address Non-Conformities: Tackle issues during audits that may affect outcomes.
  • Train and Calibrate: Mentor personnel to ensure top-notch competencies.
  • Coordinate and Harmonize: Work with Scheme Managers to align technical interpretations.
  • Your Reporting Line: You'll report to the Certificate & Technical Review Manager, contributing to the seamless functioning of our Italian Technical & Operational Performance Team.

About you

  • Experience: at least 4 years as a QES Lead Auditor with additional qualifications
  • Certification: Completed Lead Auditor training with certifications in the relevant standards ISO9001 (quality), ISO14001 (environmental), ISO45001 (health and safety)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with MSC, accreditation standards (minimum ISO 17021), and corrective action processes.
  • Fluent Italian and English: Ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Mindset: Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Adaptability: Open to innovative thinking and supportive of new ideas.
