Summary

The QC Technician performs analysis on batches and incoming materials according to cGMP rules and SOPs.

About The Role

Major accountabilities:

1. Perform analysis of batches following specific training.
2. Promptly report to the Quality Control Supervisor and the Qualified Person any deviations and/or out-of-specifications detected during analysis activities.
3. Collaborate with the Quality Control Head/Supervisor for CAPA implementation in the department.
4. Control processes, equipment, and areas.
5. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, microbiological verification of equipment, and support external personnel in maintenance/qualification activities.
6. Verify incoming and outgoing raw materials and materials.
7. Assist in managing material stocks and waste materials.
8. Participate in training new personnel.
9. Execute calibration, verification, qualification, and validation activities for processes and equipment.

Essential Requirements

• Scientific Degree (preferably in CTF, Pharmacy, Chemistry).
• Experience in a similar role within pharmaceutical or chemical environments.
• Availability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Fluent in Italian; good knowledge of English.
