An established industry player is seeking a dedicated QC Technician to ensure compliance with cGMP rules in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment. This role involves performing batch analyses, managing quality control processes, and collaborating closely with supervisors. The QC Technician performs analysis on batches and incoming materials according to cGMP rules and SOPs.

About the Role

Major accountabilities:

1. Perform analysis of batches following specific training.
2. Promptly report deviations and/or out-of-specification results to the Quality Control Supervisor and the Qualified Person.
3. Collaborate with the Quality Control Supervisor for CAPA implementation within the department.
4. Control processes, equipment, and areas.
5. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and periodic microbiological verification of quality control equipment, supporting external personnel for extraordinary maintenance or qualification activities.
6. Verify incoming and outgoing raw materials and materials.
7. Assist in managing material stocks and waste materials with the Quality Control Supervisor.
8. Participate in training new personnel.
9. Execute calibration, verification, qualification, and validation activities of QC processes and equipment.
10. Qualifications: Scientific Degree (preferably in CTF, Pharmacy, Chemistry).
11. Previous experience in a similar pharmaceutical or chemical role.
12. Availability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
13. Fluent in Italian with good knowledge of English.
