Summary

The QC Technician performs analysis on batches and incoming materials according to cGMP rules and SOPs.

About The Role
Major accountabilities:
  • Perform analysis of batches following specific training.
  • Promptly report any deviations or out-of-specifications detected during analysis to the Quality Control Supervisor and the Qualified Person.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control Head/Supervisor for CAPA implementation in the department.
  • Control processes, equipment, and areas.
  • Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, microbiological verification of equipment, and support external personnel in maintenance activities.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing raw materials and materials.
  • Assist in managing material stocks and waste materials with the Quality Control Head.
  • Contribute to training new personnel.
  • Execute calibration, verification, qualification, and validation activities of processes and equipment.
Essential Requirements
  • Scientific Degree (preferably in CTF, Pharmacy, Chemistry).
  • Experience in a similar pharmaceutical or chemical role.
  • Availability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
