BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A. recherche un Analyste en Microbiologie QC pour rejoindre leur équipe. Ce poste implique la réalisation de tests ELISA, la préparation et la gestion des cultures cellulaires, et la tenue de la documentation conforme aux règles GMP. Le candidat idéal a un Master en Biologie/Biotechnologie avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un contexte similaire.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en analyse microbiologique.
• Compétences en tests ELISA et tests de toxicité.
• Expérience dans des organisations complexes souhaitée.

Mansioni

• Maintenir un bon état de l'environnement de travail et des équipements de laboratoire.
• Exécuter des tests de convenance pour les équipements avant utilisation.
• Effectuer des tests de cytotoxicité sur les produits et substances médicamenteuses.

BSP Pharmaceuticals S.p.A is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO). The BSP campus hosts 2 segregated facilities to serve clients with development from pre-clinical GLP to cGMP manufacturing for clinical and commercial supply of Cytotoxic and High Potent Oncology drugs, as well as Non-Cytotoxic, innovative compounds for Immunotherapy and other therapeutic applications. Facilities are designed to handle small and large molecules such as ADCs (conjugation and fill finish), Peptides, Proteins, Oligonucleotides, and Nano Medicines. BSP is technologically advanced to meet the needs of innovators, with a High Containment Facility offering a full range of integrated services to support the entire product lifecycle, from formulation and process development/optimization to scale-up/scale-down studies.

Posizione:

We are currently looking for a QC Microbiology Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a good status of work environment and of lab equipment
• Execute suitability tests for equipment before use
• Perform ELISA and Dot Blot tests on raw materials
• Perform ELISA and Cytotoxicity tests on Drug Product and Drug Substances
• Issue lab documentation according to internal SOPs and GMP rules
• Prepare cell cultures
• Handle cell lines
• Evaluate data and perform trending analysis
• Record all lab activities
• Use of LIMS system

Requisiti:

• Master's degree in Biology or Biotechnology
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles within complex organizations
• Knowledge of ELISA analysis and Binding Tests
