Evotec in Modena is seeking an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager to oversee all QC laboratory operations for advanced therapy medicinal products. The role involves ensuring compliant release of patient-specific therapies, leading a team, and maintaining high standards of quality and GMP compliance.

With a degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or Pharmacy and over 5 years of QC experience in ATMP, the right candidate will also have strong leadership and communication skills, and solid expertise in relevant methodologies.

Competenze

• 5+ years of QC experience in ATMP (cell therapy and gene therapy preferred).
• Relevant previous experience as QC manager.
• English intermediate level required (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day QC lab operations, including raw materials and product testing.
• Lead analytical method qualification, validation, and transfer.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and handle deviations, OOS/OOT, CAPAs.
