A leading company in Cosmetics and Nutraceuticals in Lodi Vecchio is seeking a Quality Control and Packaging Development Senior Specialist. This role involves ensuring packaging compliance, conducting quality controls, managing non-conformities, and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate has a degree in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences, experience in the cosmetics industry, and knowledge of ISO standards. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in SAP and Excel are needed.

• 2-3 years of experience in Quality Control/Packaging Development within the cosmetics industry.
• Knowledge of cosmetic regulations and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22716).

For our HQ in Lodi Vecchio, we are looking for a Quality Control and Packaging Development Senior Specialist to join the R&D team.

Key Responsibilities

• Formula–packaging compatibility studies to ensure compliance with safety standards during use, transport, and storage.
• Planning and implementation of quality controls on finished products and packaging.
• Management and supervision of technical data entry (master data) in the company’s ERP system.
• Handling of non-conformities.
• Management of supplier complaints and customer complaints.
• Creation and updating of Technical Specifications and supply agreements.
• Supplier validation, including potential on-site visits.
• Collaboration with the R&D, Regulatory, Logistics, Planning, Marketing, and Procurement teams.

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience (2–3 years) in Quality Control/Packaging Development within the cosmetics industry.
• Knowledge of main cosmetic regulations and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22716).
• Strong organizational and workload management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Good command of the English language.
• Team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-growing and internationally oriented environment.
