Job summary

Sanofi in Goa seeks a QC Analyst to support quality control testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished products, ensuring compliant release and stability data. You will perform instrumental analyses (HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, IR, Raman) and maintain rigorous documentation, audit readiness and cGMP compliance in a fast- paced pharmaceutical setting.

Applicant should hold an MSc in Chemistry with 3 years of QC experience and knowledge of HPLC.

Qualifications

• MSc in Chemistry with 3 years of QC experience.
• Basic knowledge of HPLC and instrumental analysis.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.

Responsibilities

• Sampling and handling of raw material, intermediates and finished products.
• Managing sample storage and external testing coordination.
• Performing analysis of RMs, intermediates, stability samples, and finished goods.
• Ensuring cGLP and audit readiness.
• Instrumental analyses (HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, IR, Raman, Dissolution).
• Documenting raw data, ATR records, logbooks, calibration and qualification documents.
• Reviewing and revising test procedures; raising deviations and CAPAs.
• Result recording and data review in SAP ATHENA; instrument qualification.
• Support on calibration, preventive maintenance and method validation.
• HSE adherence and ISO 14001 compliance.
