Sicim is currently looking for a Project Quality Manager.

The person should carry out the following activities:

1. Interface with Client representative for QA/QC matters.
2. Coordinate QA/QC Engineers, officers, Coordinators, Inspectors at field.
3. Cooperate with Procurement Department reviewing procured material ITP.
4. Follow up on Material Inspection Activities with project Expeditors.
5. Ensure compliance with Client requirements for activities and the QA/QC Management system.
6. Coordinate training on QA/QC issues and perform (or assign resources to perform) basic training.
7. Develop documentation related to QA/QC in the SOW activities such as:

• Project Quality Plan / Objectives (with support/approval of Corporate Q management)
• QA/QC procedures, Method Statements (QA/QC Part), and Quality Control Plan (QCP).

Develop Audit Plan – Monitor the correct development of Welding activities by exercising control on the Project Welding Coordinator / Engineer.

Implement Corporate guidelines related to Reporting, Feedback, Auditing, and inspections.

Ensure correct collection of records to achieve mechanical documentation and include QA/QC part in the Project Final Dossier.

Requirements:

The candidate should have:

• A bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Engineering (preferably in the mechanical field) or a related discipline from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of project experience in the oil/gas industry.
• At least five (5) years of experience as a QA/QC Manager.
• Technical certifications such as ASNT, AWS, or ASQ.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements for Quality Management Systems and ability to develop, maintain, and implement a QMS in accordance with that standard.
• Experience on large-scale oil & gas and/or petrochemical capital / EPC projects.
• Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills.
