Amaris Consulting is actively seeking a QA Specialist to join its Life Sciences opportunities in Italy. The role focuses on maintaining quality documentation, managing training, and ensuring GMP-compliant processes.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences degree and at least 1.5 years of QA experience in pharma, with knowledge of GMP systems and quality agreements. You will collaborate with QA teams and other departments, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement of documentation

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree in a life sciences field (Pharmacy/Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology) or equivalent experience.
• At least 1.5 year of QA experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in quality agreement management, deviations and compliance activities.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical quality systems.
• English at C1 level; Italian native or C2.

Mansioni

• Manage and maintain quality documentation (SOPs, procedures, work instructions, and other controlled documents).
• Support document lifecycle management (creation, review, approval, revision, archiving).
• Coordinate and monitor training activities and ensure timely completion by team members.
• Maintain training records and support the training management system administration.
• Monitor document and training compliance and follow up on overdue activities and periodic reviews.
• Collaborate with QA and other departments to ensure GMP compliance and internal procedures.
• Support internal and external audits and inspections with documentation and training records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of document control and training processes.
