Job summary

E80 Group is seeking a Software Test Engineer to contribute to test plans and execute testing across functional, performance, and security areas. You will track defects, gather data, and help troubleshoot issues within a collaborative team environment.

Requires a Engineering degree and 3+ years in software testing, with hands-on experience in unit/integration/system/acceptance testing, scripting skills, and fluent English. A permanent full-time role based in Italy.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, or Computer Engineering.
• 3+ years in software testing and automation testing.
• Experience with testing at Unit, Integration, System and Acceptance levels.
• Ability to design test plans, write procedures, execute and track results.
• Experience writing test cases and test reports.
• Experience with performance/scale/stress testing and related tools.
• Scripting and programming experience (C#, Python, Bash/PowerShell).
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the preparation, planning and execution of test plans across functional, performance, scalability and security aspects.
• Track defects, gather data and monitor quality metrics.
• Collaborate with the team to reproduce, troubleshoot and integrate defect fixes.
