Amaris Consulting is seeking a QA Specialist in Italy to manage quality documentation and training records within the Life Sciences sector. You will ensure GMP compliance and support audits while collaborating with QA and other departments to maintain controlled documents and training materials.

The role requires a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or Biotechnology and at least 1.5 years in QA within the pharmaceutical industry, with English at C1 and Italian at native/C2.

Formación

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or equivalent experience
• 1.5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical quality systems

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs, procedures, work instructions, and other controlled documents
• Support document lifecycle management, including creation, review, approval, revision, and archiving
• Coordinate and monitor training activities, ensuring timely completion by team members
• Maintain training records and support the administration of the training management system
• Monitor document and training compliance, following up on overdue activities and supporting periodic reviews
• Collaborate with QA colleagues and other departments to ensure compliance with GMP requirements and internal quality procedures
• Support internal and external audits and inspections by providing relevant documentation and training records
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to document control and training processes
