QA Compliance Specialist (m/f)

Bayer HealthCare Manufacturing is looking for a talented QA Compliance Specialist to join the Quality Assurance department.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the review of batch production documentation using electronic batch records.
• Assist in preparing documents related to batch disposition and market supply (e.g., CoA, CoC).
• Participate in QA activities, including GEMBA walk, QA on shop floor, and oversight of calibration and maintenance activities.
• Manage and update procedures.
• Contribute to the management and archiving of batch documentation.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Master’s degree in CTF, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology.
• At least 6 months of experience in production and QA with strong GMP knowledge; more experience is a plus.
• Good interpersonal, organizational skills, flexibility, team-oriented, proactive, and analytical.
• Precision, accuracy, and responsibility are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with SAP.
• Residing in Lombardy.
• Fluent in English and Italian (mother tongue).
