Job summary

TeamSystem is seeking a software developer to translate requirements into scalable backend solutions. You will work on Python-based services, interfaces with PostgreSQL, and contribute to cloud-native architecture in AWS.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in software development, preferably backend with Python.
• Solid knowledge of Python and the ability to understand, maintain, and enhance existing codebases.
• Good understanding of relational databases and SQL, preferably with PostgreSQL.
• Experience using Git for version control and familiarity with CI/CD principles.
• Basic knowledge of Linux environments and command-line tools, including the ability to create and modify simple Bash scripts.
• Understanding of core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and key server-side development concepts.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, web communication protocols, and testing/debugging tools such as Postman.
• Interest in AI-powered software development and familiarity with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.
• Exposure to C/C++ development and familiarity with AWS cloud services and infrastructure will be considered a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend apps and services in Python.
• Design, implement, and optimize PostgreSQL-based solutions.
• Integrate APIs, third-party services, and authentication systems.
• Support deployment and operation of applications in AWS environments using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle.
• Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, automation, and AI-powered tools.
