We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping our company's strategic purchasing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and proactive professional with expertise in procurement flows, supplier management, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose concrete solutions to enhance procurement efficiency.
• Conduct market research to discover new suppliers and engage with them through fairs, meetings, and research activities.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain transparency across all purchasing agreements.
• Analyze trends and data to anticipate needs and optimize the purchasing portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Product team to develop seasonal assortments and keep our offerings fresh and on-point.
• Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track purchasing performance.

Requirements :

• Experience in a similar role, preferably in the Retail or Food industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build trusted relationships with suppliers.
• Analytical mindset and confidence in handling data-driven decisions.
• Experience with contract management and procurement systems.
• Fluent English and Italian is a must; other languages are a plus.
