For a famous Make-up Brand based in Milan, leader in “professional make-up” we are looking for a : Purchasing Manager | Brand Make-Up

Our client is a company offering high-quality, functional, creative products designed for makeup artists and industry enthusiasts. Its legacy combines beauty, technique and passion for colour.

We are looking for a detail- and results-oriented purchasing expert to oversee the entire procurement process, from supplier selection and contract negotiation to order monitoring and delivery.

Responsibility :

• Manage the procurement of goods, materials, and services;
• Research, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers, including international vendors.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or delays.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Finance departments to ensure efficient purchasing processes :
• Maintain accurate records and procurement reports;
• Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities;
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills;
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office (ERP systems, Excel, etc.);
• Good command of English (written and spoken);
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
