CNH Industrial Group is seeking a Purchasing Controller to join our team in a dynamic environment. The role focuses on purchasing cost control, supplier performance, and collaboration across Supply Chain and Platform to align with strategic plans.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/engineering and 2–5 years in controlling, with strong analytics and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle). Fluent English is required; Italian is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or similar.
• 2-5 years of experience in controlling (internships welcome).
• Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency in advanced financial modeling and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Fluency in English (Italian a plus).
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Monitor purchasing costs and budget preparation.
• Support cost analysis, savings tracking, CAPEX and SG&A management.
• Assist Purchasing managers in cost breakdown and other analyses.
• Collaborate with stakeholders within Supply Chain and Platform to align with strategic plan.
