    • ACCOUNTABILITIES
    • Support market scouting to identify and optimize purchasing solutions in line with standards and objectives, according to requests from Product Development.
    • Negotiate commercial conditions with suppliers (costs, delivery dates, quality).
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the supply network by using the supplier evaluation system, analyzing results, providing feedback, and proposing actions.
    • Generate purchase orders in the relevant system, ensuring timely follow-up and deliveries, and respecting inventory guidelines.
    • Evaluate received materials for compliance with purchase orders to authorize payments.
    • Participate in projects to improve the purchasing process.
    • Assist the manager in defining the three-year plan and annual budget of the department.
