A luxury goods manufacturer in Florence is seeking a Purchase professional to support market scouting and negotiate with suppliers. Responsibilities include generating purchase orders, evaluating materials, and assisting in budgeting. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of purchasing processes, excellent negotiation skills, and proficiency in ERP/SAP. This is a permanent position.

POSITION

Bulgari S.p.A., within its Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unit based in Florence, is looking for a Purchase

ACCOUNTABILITIES
  1. Support market scouting to identify and optimize purchasing solutions in line with standards and objectives, based on requests from Product Development.
  2. Negotiate commercial conditions with suppliers (costs, delivery dates, quality).
  3. Contribute to continuous improvement of the supply network by evaluating suppliers based on quality, service level, costs, and technical aspects, providing feedback and proposing actions.
  4. Generate purchase orders in the relevant system, ensuring timely deliveries and following up accordingly.
  5. Evaluate received materials for compliance with purchase orders to authorize payments.
  6. Participate in projects aimed at improving the purchasing process.
  7. Assist in defining the three-year plan and annual budget for the department.

QUALIFICATIONS
