Job Description

Staff International Spa is seeking a candidate to join the tessuti purchasing office for the Marni brand, who will be responsible for:

• Requesting prices from suppliers and inserting price lists into the system;
• Sending and following up on orders with relative insertion into the system;
• Supporting and inserting supplier anagrafiche;
• Inserting order confirmations with relative verification of article/price/quantity correspondence;
• Commercial relationships with Italian and foreign suppliers – requests for invoices and shipping documents;
• Daily control of MRP progress;
• Creating DIBA semi-finished products;
• Requesting information and certifications on material sustainability from suppliers;
• Analysis for preparing forecast purchases of raw materials;
• Possible management of returns for non-conforming goods.

Requirements

The necessary requirements for covering the role are:

• Experience of at least 2-3 years in similar roles, preferably in textile/fashion companies;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package (in particular Excel);
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Precision and organization;
• Analytical skills;
• Excellent ability to relate in team and with suppliers;
• Knowledge of Stealth 3000 and PLM;
• Knowledge and use of SAP will be considered a plus.
