KWS Italia S.p.A. is seeking a Purchase Assistant for their Forlì office. This full-time, permanent role involves supporting supply chain management across the South Europe & MEA regions, managing purchase orders, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. Ideal candidates will have a background in international purchasing, knowledge of SAP, and proficiency in English.

KWS Italia S.p.A. is looking to recruit a Purchase Assistant (m / f / d) at the earliest opportunity to join their Forlì office to support the supply chain management process within the South Europe + MEA region of the Business Unit Corn Europe.

This position is full-time and permanent .

What you can expect in this role :

  • Supporting the supply chain management process within the South Europe + MEA region.
  • Managing purchase orders and processing flow in cooperation with production / processing countries and facilities.
  • Registering all order-related information in SAP (from order placement to invoice registration).
  • Preparing and sharing reports and analyses regarding purchase activities.
  • Maintaining communication and support with suppliers, processing stations, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with logistics teams and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Handling daily purchase activities for the region.
  • Supporting logistics and delivery processes when needed.
  • Participating in regional planning activities in coordination with countries and regional management.

What you bring in :

  • Experience in purchasing within an international company is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of business economics.
  • Fluent in English ; French knowledge is a plus.
  • SAP knowledge (MM / SD modules) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes in an international environment.
  • Flexibility and supportiveness towards new activities and effective communication in a multinational team.
