What will you do:
- Deal with different types of publishers and their hierarchy of employees to close on the possible partnership.
- Complete daily tasks such as calling potential publishers, conducting online and offline meetings, sending emails, updating HubSpot, informing internally on help required to close deals, and maintaining contact with closed partners for long-term relationships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Perform as per the KPI assigned periodically.
- Use our product strengths and specifics to create custom proposals for clients and publishers.
- Apply knowledge of strategies for client attraction and retention.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients and adTech entities.
- Organize processes with clients to maximize revenue and minimize losses.
- Perform lead generation activities using tools like Similar Web, Red Volcano, Alexa, etc.
- Create a pipeline of priority websites for different client tiers.
- Evaluate ad placements, rates, and formats considering website layouts.
- Create documents such as presentations, proposals, commercial offers, and agreements.
- Generate ideas for new ad types and formats, sharing competitor insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, signing new partners and strengthening relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure successful Adcode & tech implementation with the Account Manager.
Requirements
Who you are:
- 3+ years of experience in publisher acquisition and development.
- Ability to develop and adapt publisher acquisition strategies based on market dynamics.
- Business development experience and a strong network in the native and publisher industry.
- Knowledge of monetization opportunities, revenue models, and native advertising technology.
- Experience with native players is a plus.
- Experience working with publishers, content websites, media groups, app developers, and tech companies, especially in Italy.
- Understanding of revenue generation strategies from the technology side.
- Knowledge of working with clients across various categories and traffic sources.
- Experience with AdTech/MarTech platforms.
- Prior experience with native platforms, ad-serving platforms, publisher alliances, and programmatic monetization.
- Knowledge of analytics platforms and tools.
