MGID offers a range of integrated solutions covering the promotion process every step of the way; we offer services ranging from planning out the marketing strategy to its thoughtful implementation and optimization. Our clients include major international brands like Renault, Domino’s, Airbnb, Pizza Hut, Qatar Airlines, and many others, including media organizations and web agencies.

What will you do:
  1. Deal with different types of publishers and their hierarchy of employees to close on the possible partnership.
  2. Complete daily tasks assigned like calling potential publishers, conducting online as well as offline meetings, emails, HubSpot updation, informing internally on help required to close the deals, and keeping in touch with the closed partners to help and maintain the long-term association.
  3. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  4. Perform as per the KPI assigned periodically.
  5. Use our product strengths and product specifics to create custom proposals of solutions to clients and publishers.
  6. Use workable knowledge about strategies for client attraction and retention.
  7. Develop and maintain close and effective relationships and networks with both existing and potential new clients in the region, as well as different types of adTech-related entities.
  8. Organize working processes with clients with the aim of maximizing our revenue and minimizing losses for the company.
  9. Perform lead generation activities, ability to use various lead generation tools like Similar Web, Red Volcano, Alexa, Public www etc.
  10. Business awareness of creating the pipeline of priority websites for different client tiers.
  11. Perform evaluation of priority ad placement, rates, and formats of the ads considering website layout for all tier types.
  12. Create necessary documents: presentations, financial and business proposals (approved by team leader), commercial offer letters, and non-exclusive agreements on a Revenue Share basis.
  13. Facilitate idea generation of new ad types and formats/features that can be interesting to the local Internet advertising market. Share interesting and new competitor formats.
  14. Represent the company during important industry events. Target and attend conferences in order to sign new partners and/or to solidify existing relationships. Support other partnership activities as needed.
  15. Work closely with the client's team to ensure a successful Adcode & tech implementation together with the Account Manager.
Who you are:
  1. 3+ years of experience in publisher acquisition and development.
  2. Ability to ideate and innovate the Publisher Acquisition strategies and adaptability as per market dynamics.
  3. Business development experience and a great network within the native and publisher industry.
  4. Knowledge of various monetization opportunities for the publishers, revenue models, market understanding, competition mapping, Native Advertising Technology, and its possibilities and limitations.
  5. Experience with Native Players will be an added benefit.
  6. Experience working with publishers, content websites, media groups, app developers, tech companies, and networks from Italy.
  7. Strong understanding of revenue generation strategies/action plans from the technology partner/vendor side.
  8. Knowledge of dedicated approaches on how to work with clients from appropriate categories and traffic sources.
  9. Fluent in Italian & English.
  10. Experience with AdTech/MarTech.
  11. Prior experience with any well-known native platforms, ad-serving platforms, Publisher alliances, and Programmatic monetization.
  12. Knowledge and experience with Analytics platforms and tools.
