We're looking for a brilliant candidate to join our Marsh Italy Public Tender Team based in Milan as a Public Tender Specialist.

Our Public Tender Team is responsible for managing and participating in tenders for the awarding of insurance contracts by public entities.

The candidate will be introduced into our organization for an inspiring opportunity, which will enable professional growth within a fast-growing and dynamic team.

What can you expect?

  • Manage public tender procedures to avoid errors and omissions;
  • Demonstrate strong involvement and strategic thinking to participate successfully in tenders;
  • Collaborate with internal resources and tools to research, obtain, and integrate specific information about the company into proposals and presentations;
  • Participate in strategy discussions regarding the company's differentiators for specific opportunities;
  • Create templates for joint ventures, subcontracting, and availment contracts following predefined formatting standards;
  • Manage the preparation of all documentation, from administrative to technical and economic aspects, ensuring proper conduct of the tender process.

Requirements :

  • Degree in Law, Economics, or a related field;
  • At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in insurance and risk sector roles;
  • Knowledge of government and tender-based procurement processes;
  • Analytical skills to identify potential critical issues in tenders;
  • Relationship skills to coordinate and collect necessary documentation from colleagues.
