Job summary

KPMG Advisory S.p.A. in Milan/Genova seeks a Senior Consultant for the Public Sector to help digitalize public administration and redesign service delivery. You will work with Italy's PA officials, shaping PMO processes and process re-engineering in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

The role requires a master degree and at least 3 years in consulting; fluency in Italian is essential, English is an advantage, and the team values collaboration, growth, and impact.

Qualifications

• Master degree in business and/or engineering management.
• At least 3 years of experience in a consulting firm.
• Expertise in PMO, Demand Management and Process Re-engineering.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian; English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing digital services for public sector clients.
• Contributing to redesign of public service delivery models.
• Analyzing data to support strategic decision-making in PA projects.
