Your Responsibilities

• Monitor and track ongoing funded projects, ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
• Prepare periodic reports for funding agencies, summarizing project progress and financials.
• Coordinate documentation and maintain accurate filing systems for funding-related activities.
• Research and summarize relevant funding opportunities.
• Assist in preparing new funding applications and supporting documentation.

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Public Administration, or Law.
• Previous professional experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of public funding mechanisms.
• Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong ability to interpret and manage documents and data accurately.
• Attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; German is an advantage.
