A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Public Finance Reform Expert to provide consultancy services for EU reforms. The role requires a Master's degree and over 8 years of experience in public finance reform. You will develop strategic input and monitor implementation, ensuring effective coordination with line ministries. This position offers a short- to medium-term engagement within Europe.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in public finance reform or EU policy implementation.
• Expertise in developing policy and institutional frameworks for fiscal oversight.
• Experience with international cooperation or technical assistance projects preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic input on the design of support packages aligned with EU fiscal recommendations.
• Develop reform roadmaps and action plans for implementation of CSRs.

About the Opportunity :

We are creating a pool of Public Finance Reform

Experts for a new FWC Contract :

EC-SG REFORM / 2025 / OP / 0001 : Provision of consultancy services to support the design, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of structural reforms in EU Member State.

Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities : Provide strategic input on the design of support packages aligned with EU fiscal recommendations. Develop reform roadmaps and action plans for implementation of CSRs. Ensure coordination between line ministries and improve oversight structures for fiscal reform. Monitor implementation and develop metrics for progress tracking.

Qualifications : Master’s degree in public administration, economics, finance, or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years of experience in public finance reform or EU policy implementation. Expertise in developing policy and institutional frameworks for fiscal oversight. Experience with international cooperation or technical assistance projects preferred.
