The candidate will join a dynamic team focused on prototyping and small-scale production, requiring experience with CNC machining centers and strong technical skills. The role includes responsibilities like tool assembly, setting up machining centers, and ensuring precision. Competenze

• Proven experience in operating CNC machining centers.
• Knowledge of machining processes such as drilling, milling, threading, boring, and reaming.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Mansioni

• Assembly and disassembly of tools, with measurement through presetting.
• Set-up of horizontal and vertical machining centers.
• Verification of tolerances using manual measuring instruments.

Overview

Prototype Specialist – Drilling Area to strengthen our Prototype Department, the heart of innovation and experimentation within the company.

The ideal candidate is a professional with solid technical skills, a passion for precision mechanics, and the willingness to take on new challenges in a dynamic environment where flexibility and teamwork make the difference.

You will be part of a team dedicated to prototyping and small-scale production, taking care of:

Responsibilities

• assembly and disassembly of tools, with measurement through presetting
• set-up of horizontal and vertical machining centers
• loading and unloading of parts from the vise
• inspection and replacement of worn tools
• verification of tolerances using manual measuring instruments (e.g. bore gauge)
• accessory activities (deburring, brushing, washing, rolling)
• reworking on column drilling machines
• with appropriate training: tool selection and CNC programming

Qualifications

We are looking for a professional with:

• proven experience in operating CNC machining centers
• knowledge of machining processes (drilling, milling, threading, boring, reaming)
• strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings (views, sections, dimensional and geometric tolerances, surface finish)
• familiarity with tools, clamping systems, and measuring instruments (presetting)
• experience with CNC programming languages (Fanuc and / or Heidenhain)
• accuracy, autonomy, and strong teamwork skills
